Key Correspondents website relaunched

Aids Alliance

We are pleased to announce that the Key Correspondents new website www.keycorrespondents.org is now live. The new site replaces healthdev.net as the place community voices speak their world to reveal the truth about health and development.

The Key Correspondents (KC) Team is a global network of more than 250 community-based writers reporting from around 50 countries. KCs document local realities of HIV, TB, health and development in order to give a voice to the voiceless and ensure those not able to tell their stories are heard. A large number of KCs are people living with or affected by HIV. All are volunteers and include people working in advocacy, media, health and development.

Visit the new site now

If you are a regular reader of KC stories you can now set up RSS feeds on specific issues to ensure you hear the news as the KCs break it. You can also visit the country pages to see what’s happening in communities across the world or used the search facility to find stories based on key words or phrases.

If you feel like getting involved there is no better time to join the KC network. By posting articles, links, videos and photos on the new website you will be able to communicate the reality of health and development to key influencers as a way to advocate for political and social change. Sign up and you will be the first to hear news of in-country training, scholarships and competitions. You’ll also be able to talk to other KCs across the world.

The KC team welcomes people from diverse backgrounds – all you needs is an enthusiasm to document health and development issues. Register today to tell us who you are and why you want to be a KC and a member of the KC team will be in touch.
