Vía Libre receive annual research award

Via Libre receiving the award

Alliance linking organisation in Peru, Vía Libre, have received the annual research award granted by Merck Sharp & Dohme Perú (MSD) for their significant contribution to the development of clinical research in Peru.

The award ceremony took place on 21 September, during the 13th annual meeting of researchers.

Doctor Vinces, Executive Medical Director of MSD, handed Vía Libre the award, stressing that it was “well deserved”, and expressing his “gratitude for Vía Libre’s contribution to the development of this area of medicine, which makes it possible to improve the population’s health”

In turn, Dr. Robinson Cabello, Executive Director of Vía Libre, stated that as well as carrying out social development projects and offering health services, Vía Libre carries out clinical research that undoubtedly contributes to medical science and the community’s wellbeing.
