The office is located conveniently just a 20 minute walk from Brighton train station/town centre or 10 minutes via the number 7 bus route. Nearby is the attractive St Ann’s Well Gardens.
We currently have up to 10 desk spaces available for rent by charities or other non-profit making organisations on the first floor of this light and airy open plan building. Rent would include access to our staff kitchens and use of our meeting rooms, as well as reception facilities and other services as required.
David Cravinho works for UNICEF and has been hot-desking at the Alliance since mid-September. He says one of the benefits is sharing office space with others in the NGO sector.
“I was attracted to the idea of hot-desking within the sector. There are some commercial hot-desking options available in Brighton, but I’d rather my money went to an organisation like the Alliance, and it’s a nice atmosphere working with other NGO colleagues.
“Hot-desking at the Alliance is the best, most flexible and cost-effective option for me. It’s a convenient location and the flexibility is really useful. Because of my schedule – which involves a lot of travelling - I can just use the time that I need.”
