As part of the Link Up project, the Global Youth Coalition on HIV/AIDS (GYCA) and ATHENA Network are asking young people to speak to their experiences, hopes, and vision for realizing and claiming their sexual and reproductive health and rights.
The goal is to collect data through an online questionnaire that can be used to develop clear, forceful advocacy messaging to be utilized by youth in post-MDG and ICPD+20 dialogues. This data will be used to support increased participation and visibility of young people from marginalized populations at important international advocacy forums. As part of the Link Up Consortium, GYCA and ATHENA are working especially hard to include the voices of young people living with HIV, young LGBTQI people, young men who have sex with men, young people who use drugs, and young sex workers.
Please click here to fill in the questionnaire and share YOUR voice! And please forward this email to everyone and anyone in your networks—every voice counts. The questionnaire should take no more than 10 or 15 minutes.
If you have any questions about the questionnaire, please contact Julie Mellin, GYCA's Program Associate for the Link Up project.
Please note, the survey will also be launched in additional languages, including Spanish and French.
- The Link Up programme aims to improve the sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) of more than one million young people affected by HIV across five countries in Africa and Asia.
