GMS was awarded in October 2012 to a consortium led by Management Sciences for Health, Inc. (MSH) and which included International HIV/AIDS Alliance, PACT, Futures, Abt Associates, and Midego as Tier 1 partners.
The project provides high-quality technical support directly to country coordinating mechanisms (CCMs) and principal recipients (PRs) under the Global Fund's New Funding Model and for existing grants, as well as building capacity of consultants and regional partner organisations to provide such support.
