The Community Action on Harm Reduction project is an ambitious five-country programme to provide HIV prevention and care services to people who use drugs. This project aims to expand harm reduction services to 180,000 injecting drug users, their partners and children in China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, and Malaysia.
CAHR is made possible through a grant by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of the Netherlands (BUZA).
The report highlights work implemented in the first year of the project under each of its four objectives in all five countries. In the report you can read how:

- The project has been pioneering harm reduction approaches in Kenya
