Programme analysis and learning

The Alliance places great emphasis on being a learning organisation and seeks to develop innovative mechanisms which support learning at community, national and global levels, both within the Alliance partnership and in the wider HIV/AIDS community. The capacity to monitor and evaluate programmes underpins the Alliance’s ability to learn on all these levels.
