NGO capacity analysis toolkit
A toolkit for assessing and building capacities for high quality responses to HIV/AIDS
| NGO Capacity analysis toolkit (English) 1.19MbOrder publication | |
| In many countries, community-based and non-governmental organisations have mobilised to respond to HIV/AIDS. As responses are scaled up, organisations are finding that they need to develop their own capacity to deliver and support these programmes.
This publication is designed to help organisations identify their capacity-building needs, plan technical support interventions, and monitor and evaluate the impact of capacity building. It provides tools for analysing and building capacity, using methods such as holding a planning and preparation meeting with management, facilitating workshops, gathering information and agreeing on conclusions. |

I must say "The Alliance" is wonderful. I open your website daily to read lates news, interventions, materials etc. Your website is very informative and let me tell you as a person who worked in this field in a rural setting, your mannuals tackel the real issues that should be handled in HIV/AIDS management. They are very applicable and how i wish all your partners were trained to competently apply these skills. I know this is what your are doing and i encourage you not to give up. This piece of work will change lives of many people.
Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
