This briefing describes what quality of life for people living with HIV is, why it matters and what interventions look like.
It also explains where the concept of quality of life fits within global frameworks, such as the Sustainable Development Goals. It is informed by the practical experiences and technical expertise of a wide range of stakeholders and institutions, including networks of people living with HIV and other civil society organisations in the UK and the global South.
