February 2006: The French Government is sponsoring a meeting at the end of February to propose a special tax on air tickets to fund development, specifically AIDS, TB and malaria programmes.
NGOs have compiled a statement (click to download in English or French) setting out our support, and the conditions for our support. We need more NGOs to sign up by February 15.
