This is the summary of the final evaluation report of the Programa Colaborativo Alianza México (PCAM) (1998-2004). At the end of PCAM, the International HIV/AIDS Alliance, USAID and the participating organisations conducted a final evaluation in order to know the results achieved.

This document is a synthesis of the results of the final external and participatory evaluation of 2004. The evaluation is structured around two main components: one of participatory nature and one of external nature.

The synthesis is divided in three parts, results on the organisational level, results on the personal level and the functioning of the programme.
