AIDSmeds.com was set up and is run by positive people and provides up-to-date, accessible treatment information, news and support. It features community forums, bloggs, and interactive tools to help with taking medication and tracking lab results.
All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV and AIDS was established in December 2000 and now counts more than 200 members, which include representatives in 17 regions of Ukraine.
Body Positive is a non-profit community-service organisation dedicated to providing a self-help model of HIV/AIDS education, information and support. Its bi-monthly publication 'Body Positive' provides cutting-edge information on a full range of issues related to living with HIV/AIDS. It features provocative profiles of people living with HIV, reports on AIDS in entertainment, sports, politics, and the arts, and investigative treatment stories.
European Coalition of Positive People (ECPP) is a self-help organisation of, by and for people living with HIV and AIDS, (HIV1 and HIV2), hepatitis and tuberculosis. It seeks to establish a democratic and accountable patient voice at a European level. It advocates for the rights of positive people (patients) as enshrined in the Paris Declaration and Implicit in the UN Charter on Human Rights.
Global Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (GNP+) is a global network for and by people with HIV/AIDS whose aim is to work to improve the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS. This is achieved by helping to build the capacity of people with HIV/AIDS at global, regional and national levels.
HIVpositive This website, managed by a large group of national and international organisations offers straightforward, up-to-date information on the following issues: HIV and You; HIV and Nutrition; Pain and HIV; Opportunistic Infections; Testing for HIV; Women and Children with HIV; Those Wonderful Caregivers; Drug Advisories; Occupational Exposure; and others. The Caregivers page contains practical information and suggestions on how to care for people living with AIDS at home.
The Indian Network for people living with HIV/AIDS (INP+) is a national network of, for and by people living with HIV/AIDS in India. The organisation aims to improve the quality of life of people living with HIV in India. INP+ exists to provide a sense of belonging and togetherness to people living with HIV.
International Community of Women living with HIV/AIDS (ICW) is an international network in over 80 countries run by and for positive women whose goal is to improve the lives of women with HIV and AIDS throughout the world.
Positive Lives is an international project supporting people living with HIV and challenging the stigma and prejudice that they face. Through photography, the project documents the impact of the global HIV epidemic and the responses to the fear, misunderstanding and discrimination that people affected by HIV face. The website includes stories and testimonies of people living with HIV, and further information and resources.
