Civil society development

Publications in this section are intended to support the technical and financial capacity of civil society organisations, their ability to network and co-ordinate civil society responses effectively and efficiently, and to create and maintain an enabling policy, legal and institutional environment so that they can be actively and influentially involved in HIV/AIDS responses. The publications include toolkits, lessons learnt reports and studies and policy brieifings and papers.
