Alliance stategic framework 2005-2007

The Alliance Strategic Framework 2005 – 2007 is based on extensive consultation with partners, donors and staff, and was endorsed by the Board of Trustees in November 2004. It provides an overview of the aims and goals of all the Alliance organisations.

The purpose of the Strategic Framework is to offer direction to those making strategic decisions, guidance to partner organisations and country offices, and to communicate our shared strategy with external partners that support our work. The Framework will also be valuable to other organisations, such as governments, private business and other NGOs who want to achieve the same vision.
