- 544,436 publictions and resources distributed electronically or as hard copies from the Alliance website and secretariat
- 267,061 people provided with counselling and testing services
- 208,339 people referred to other health services
- 127,476 people reached by home- and community-based care programmes
- 83,370 people trained to provide direct HIV services
- 55,862 orphans and vulnerable children provided with care and support within their communities
- 16,061 people with HIV infection provided with antiretroviral treatment
- 7,782 people trained to build the organisational and programmatic capacity of non-governmental and community-based organisations
- 824 grants provided to non-governmental and community-based organisations to work on HIV at community level, many for the first time
- 54% of people reached through Alliance-supported programmes and projects were women and girls
- 31 organisations made up the Alliance at the end of 2007 (30 linking organisations and the UK-based secretariat).
